No. Zero commission, ever. You keep 100% of your deposits and flash sales. Outline charges a flat 30€/month on the Pro plan — that's it. Your clients pay no extra platform fees. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing (1.4% + 0.25€ for EU cards).

Your clients pay exactly what you set — 0% fees from Outline, ever. We make money from your subscription (Free or €30/mo Pro), not from your clients' payments. The only other cost is standard Stripe processing (around 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction in Europe), which is the same fee you'd pay with any payment system. No hidden commissions, no percentage cuts.

What if my client cancels?

You're in complete control. Set your own cancellation policy—whether it's full refunds, partial refunds, or no refunds at all. Clients can cancel directly through their booking link, and the system automatically handles refunds according to your rules.

Can I take full prepayment?

Right now, Outline handles deposits. Full prepayment is on the roadmap. You can set your deposit amount to any percentage of the total price.

Outline works anywhere Stripe is available, which includes 45+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. If you can accept Stripe payments, you can use Outline.

About 5 minutes. Create your account, upload a few flash designs, connect Stripe, and your booking page is live. You can drop your link in your Instagram bio right away.

How do refunds/forfeits work?

You set the rules. Deposits can be automatically forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations, or refunded for cancellations made within your policy timeframe. Everything is handled automatically based on your preferences.

Yes. Outline has a native iOS app available on the App Store, with push notifications for new bookings, deposits, and cancellations. An Android app is in development. The web dashboard is also fully responsive and works on any phone browser.
